Purpose: The Beach Metro Newspaper goes out bi-weekly to the east end of Toronto. Client request a design on a bi-weekly basis to promote their real estate business, sponsorships and community events.

Client Vision: Client shares a google document highlighting all the information they want on the centrefold ad. I am in charge of designing based on all the information that needs to be included. 

Design Process: Review google document  > format a layout to fit in all content provided  > choose content that needs to stand out  > begin ideation process  > begin design concepts (these change as I design or after client edits)  > save and send a print ready file with crop and bleed marks.
