Purpose: Select feature sheets are designed to showcase any properties listed over $2.5 million dollars. It consist of 16 pages and should reflect a more professional and luxury look.

Design Process: Review information that needs to be included in feature sheet such as property information and the amount of necessary images  > look for inspiration (magazines were a big inspiration for me in this process)  > follow SAGE branding guidelines  > design front and back covers for feature sheet  > design inner spreads  > once finalized, prepare a print ready file for feature sheet to be printed and saddle-stitched.
